If you are encountering lots of obstacles in your career or business right now, chances are that you are going through bad luck period in your life. When your luck is down, the whole seems to turn upside down on you. If you are a businessman, normally the business will fail or experience sudden downturn. If you are an employee, chances are that either your promotions will be slower than your colleagues, or experience lots of obstruction in your career path.
Is it possible to change our luck, and hence our destiny? To answer this question, we have to first understand what Cosmic Trinity is. The theory of Cosmic Trinity is one of the most important core concepts in Chinese Metaphysical Science. As simple as it might seem, however, if one truly grasps the essence behind it, it can unleash a power so strong that it can change your destiny forever. Cosmic Trinity refers to the 3 main factors that will affect, influence and shape our lives, which are Heaven Luck, Man Luck and Earth Luck.
Heaven Luck
Heaven Luck refers to the destiny that we are born with. It was determined from the very moment we are born into this world and it is something that we cannot change. When we are born, our destiny is already encoded in our year, month, day and hour of birth. At this moment, you might be wondering “why is it that we can predict our destiny just by using our birth data?”
In fact, our birth date and time alone does not tell us our destiny. At the moment when we are born, we are actually subjected to the influence of the stars, planets and constellations in the solar system. These planetary positions are the main influence and determinants of our destiny. Ancient astrologers and scholars studied the patterns whereby a child born under the influence of certain stars and constellations will result what type of destiny. After generations and generations of statistics gathering, study and analysis, they develop formulas and techniques to translate our birth data into astrological charts and from these astrological charts, our destiny are revealed. And these formulas are what we known as Bazi or Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology), which are the 2 main techniques used by Feng Shui masters today for destiny analysis.
Usually, a destiny chart will reveal a person’s character, hidden talents, wealth potential, career luck, marriage and health problems etc. Once we understand our potential, what is to come, our pitfalls and when we are in good or bad luck, we can take advantage of this information to make informed decisions, and hence change our destiny. Remember I mentioned above that Destiny cannot be changed? This is not entirely true. Destiny works in such a way that when you don’t know, it will surely happen. If you know, it is up to you to do the right thing at the right time to change your course of destiny. However, it is not easy as it takes a lot of discipline to do so.
For example, you might have a hard time in office whereby your promotion is slower than your juniors and your boss is giving you lots of headaches. You are constantly thinking of resigning but yet don’t dare to as you have not found a new job yet. One day, your best friend approaches you to setup up a new business together. Since you are already having hell in office, you will be tempted with this proposal and proceed with the partnership. After a few years, the business collapse and you go bankrupt. Why is this happening? The reason is very simple. You are in bad luck period. When a person is in bad luck period, the world is tempting you to make the wrong decisions (so that you will fulfill your destiny). In the above scenario, because you don’t know that you are going through bad luck now, things happen according to destiny. On the other hand, what if you already know from the start that you are going through bad luck now? Can you change destiny? Of course you can. When your friend approaches you, resist the temptation. Reject him, and wait till when you enter good luck then you start the business. The chances of succeeding are much higher this way.
Destiny analysis is like weather forecasting. If you don’t know it is going to rain later, you will get drenched because you don’t have an umbrella. If you already know that it will be raining heavily later, you bring along an umbrella. Yes you may still get wet, but not drenched.
Earth Luck
The second factor refers to Earth Luck. Earth Luck refers to the Feng Shui of the house that we are staying in. This is the part of the Cosmic Trinity that is not fixed and we can use to change our destiny and enhance our luck. Feng Shui refers to the Qi (energy) governing the house we are staying in. By knowing the type of Qi present in the house and where it resides, we can avoid the negative Qi and enhance the positive ones.
For example, we can select a house whereby the wealth sector is at the main door area. The main door of a house is also known as the Qi mouth, the area where all the energy enters the house. This is the most important area of a house. If the wealth Qi is at the main door, it will bring wealth luck to the occupants. The bed can also be positioned at the career sector of the room so as to enhance your career luck.
On the other hand, we should avoid the negative Qi that will cause major health, wealth or relationship problems to us. If the stove or door is located at where the negative Qi is, it may bring about serious health problems such as cancer or other terminal illnesses within a short period of time, usually less than 1-2 years after moving in.
How can the house Feng Shui be used to change your destiny? Again, destiny works in a very fascinating manner. If your Destiny chart has a particular problem, you will definitely stay in a house whereby the Qi will give you similar problem (assuming you never had a Feng Shui audit of your house before)! For example, if your destiny chart shows that you have heart or blood related health problems, you will automatically buy a house whereby you placed the stove wrongly and the Qi will give you heart or blood problems. In this manner, when the time comes, the Feng Shui will trigger the Destiny chart and you will have heart attack. Can this heart attack be avoided? Yes of course. If the stove is placed correctly at an auspicious location and direction, and the Feng Shui of the house is done correctly, you might not suffer from heart attack, maybe just high blood pressure which can be easily cured nowadays.
Man Luck
The last factor refers to Human Luck. Human Luck refers to the actions and decisions that we make everyday, as well as the circle of friends, family, colleagues that we have that might influence our lives. This is also another part of the Cosmic Trinity that is not fixed and we can use it to change our destiny. Everyday and every moment, we are constantly making decisions. Every single decision that we make will ultimately shape our destiny and change our lives.
For example, a person can be born with a very good destiny chart, and own the best Feng Shui house in the world, but if he is couch potato and lazy, he is still not going to make it in the society. Human Luck also explains why there are probably tens of thousands of people born with the same birthday and time as Bill Gates (and hence the same Destiny chart), but there is only one Bill Gates. If he didn’t make the decision to drop out of Harvard University to start his own computer business, there wouldn’t be a Microsoft today.
And adding on to my previous example under Earth Luck section, if a person is born with potential heart and blood problems in his Destiny chart, chances are that he will stay in a house whereby the Qi in the house will give him heart problems. And not only that, there is also a high chance he is not the type to exercise regularly and ate food with high cholesterol and fats regularly (Man Luck). As such, Heaven, Man, Earth will “click” and this resulted in him having an heart attack.
Man Luck is used to change both Heaven Luck and Earth Luck. Our birth data and hence destiny is fixed. However, by knowing our destiny, we can do the right thing at the right time by making the right decisions (Man Luck). We can also choose a good Feng Shui house to stay in that will help to enhance our career, wealth, health and relationships aspect of our lives (Earth Luck).
The Power of Cosmic Trinity
Hence, as you can see, every factor in the Cosmic Trinity plays an important role. The Chinese character “王”, which means King or Emperor in English, clearly shows the importance of Heaven, Man, and Earth in the olden days. This Chinese character is made up of three horizontal strokes and one vertical stroke. The three horizontal strokes refers to the Heaven, Man, Earth and our ancestor in the olden days understood that in order to become an emperor, one has to understand, master and dominate all three components of Heaven, Man and Earth, and this mastery is reflected by the vertical stroke that connects all the three horizontal lines.
In theory, most books will say that Heaven Luck, Man Luck and Earth Luck each affect approximately 33% of your life. Heaven is fixed and cannot change. However, we can change the Man Luck and Earth Luck components, which make up 66% of the Cosmic Trinity, to overcome Heaven Luck and hence changing our destiny. However, from real life experience, I find that Earth Luck, which is the Feng Shui of the house, will affect at least 50% of your life, while Heaven and Man Luck affects the remaining 50%. The Feng Shui of a house will overpower your Destiny and Human Actions.
For example, I believe you might have known of friends or colleagues that used to be healthy, cheerful and doing very well in their career. However, after shifting into a new home, within a period of 6 months or 1 year, he suddenly suffers from some form of terminal illness such as cancer and passed away. This is a perfect example of what I meant by the Feng Shui of the house overpowering Man and Heaven Luck. If the Feng Shui of a house is very bad, no matter how good your Destiny is, or how fit, healthy and positive you are, it will affect you and eventually brings you lots of problems.
Hence by understanding this principle, this clearly indicates one important factor: Earth Luck, which is the Feng Shui of the house, can be used to enhance your luck and change your destiny. If the house Feng Shui is good, it will enhance your Heaven and Man Luck. If it is bad, it will pull down the Heaven and Man Luck.
To conclude, Heaven, Man and Earth luck are all important components that will affect and change a person’s destiny. To change your destiny, you must first understand your own Destiny, do the right things at the right time, make informed decisions, and use Feng Shui of your house to help and maximize your potential.
